​❍ The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs has been implementing the ‘Rural Revitalization Plus Project’ since 2018 to promote rural vitality by utilizing local assets and local organizations accumulated through policy support.

❍ In Jeollabuk-do a total of 12 cities are promoting projects and activities for rural vitality.

❍ Jeollabuk-do’s project can be categorized into ‘local food system establishment, local resource advancement support, sharing economy platform establishment’.

❍ At the time when the support period for the Rural Revitalization Plus project is sequentially ended, a plan to continue the rural vitality activity capacity should be prepared at the regional level.

❍ Based on the purpose and business method of the Rural New Vitality Plus Project, measures to spread the results are reviewed and proposed as ‘Fostering innovative actors, Creative project discovery and execution ability, and Continuous operation of business organization’.

❍ First, it is necessary to come up with a plan to continuously nurture ‘innovators in rural society’.

   - It is necessary to prepare an activity support program at the regional level to maintain the ‘action group’ that has been cultivated even after the end of the project.

❍ Second, it is necessary to maintain the executive power for ‘creative project discovery and promotion’.

   - It is necessary to promote the project by the administration(cities) so that the ‘linked project’ can be implemented while expanding step by step in consideration of the level of local active assets.

❍ Third, it is necessary to prepare a continuous operation plan that makes the ‘business and promotion organization’ self-sufficient.

   - In order to continue business and activities, the basis for ‘consignment of public facilities and policy projects’ should be prepared in related ordinances.
